Women who've walked through transition, rebuilt their bodies, and found their confidence again with Brass & Bloom Collective.
I came to Summer after my divorce feeling completely disconnected from my body. The strength training gave me back more than physical power—it gave me back myself. She didn't push me to be someone I'm not. She helped me become who I needed to be.

Michelle K.
Divorced, mother of two
I was so tired after becoming a mom that I forgot I was a person. Summer's coaching woke something in me. The workouts are tough, but the partnership is what changed everything. She holds you accountable without judgment.

Jessica T.
New mother, returning to strength
Losing my partner left me hollow. I didn't recognize my own strength anymore. Working with Summer, I learned that grief and strength live in the same body. The consistency of our sessions became my anchor. She never let me disappear.

Rebecca S.
Navigating grief and loss
I expected a typical fitness experience. Instead, I found a coach who saw me as a whole person. Summer doesn't yell or shame. She listens, adjusts, and believes in you even when you don't believe in yourself. That made all the difference.

Angela M.
Life transition coaching client
I came in broken. Summer didn't fix me with promises or hype. She gave me a real plan, real accountability, and real belief that I could rebuild. Every rep mattered because I knew she cared about my actual journey, not just the end result.
